Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • United Kingdom: 7–10 business days
  • Europe: 7–15 business days
  • International Orders: 10–20 business days

Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer FREE shipping on all orders.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, we may be unable to make changes. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

While we will do our best to assist, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the situation and provide a suitable resolution.
