Return & Refund Policy

At Morbeus Pets, we want you and your furry friends to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

• Used pet products
• Opened food or treats
• Customized or personalized items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
